Jenny Kuan is a Professor of Economics and Entrepreneurship. She teaches the MBA Entrepreneurship and Strategy course. Before earning her PhD at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, she studied engineering at Stanford and worked in enterprise software and manufacturing at Apple and Solectron. Dr. Kuan studies innovation and nonprofits, which sometimes intersect, such as in the venture capital and semiconductor industries. She started teaching entrepreneurship when she joined Cal State Monterey Bay and has become enthusiastic about the empowerment it brings students to solve problems and effect positive change.

Dr. Jason Lambert

Jason R. Lambert, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Management at California State University Monterey Bay, specializing in human resources and organizational change management. He has more than a decade of management experience across the private, public, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. His research examines recruitment practices and how leadership, organizational policies, and culture affect token employees.

Cate (Xiaotong) Liu

Dr. Tess (Rixing) Lou

Tess (Rixing) Lou, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Accounting at California State University, Monterey Bay. She teaches Accounting for Managers and specializes in financial reporting and disclosure. Her research examines how corporate governance, auditor characteristics, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity risks influence internal controls, audit pricing and quality, accounting education, and organizational resilience.

Dr. Mary Anne Majadillas

Mary Anne Majadillas is a professor of finance whose teaching emphasizes connecting financial concepts with real-world business decisions.

Dr. Angeline Nariswari

Dr. Angeline Nariswari is a Professor in the Marketing concentration of the College of Business at CSU Monterey Bay. She teaches Marketing Management in the MBA program. Her research focuses on value co-creation, service ecosystems, and consumer participation, with recent work exploring marketing’s intersections with wellbeing and sustainability.

Shwadhin Sharma, PhD, is Professor of Information Systems at California State University, Monterey Bay. He teaches data analytics, decision science, and information systems, emphasizing analytical methods and emerging technologies for real-world business problems.

Rosalyn is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at California State University, Monterey Bay, where she teaches Strategy and Entrepreneurship (BUS 694) and the MBA Capstone (BUS 698).
