International Consulting Project
Work with real entrepreneurs in developing countries to solve pressing business challenges. In partnership with a community-focused organization dedicated to reducing economic inequality, you'll help small business owners tackle issues related to microfinance, marketing, and business growth.
Past CSUMB students have worked with entrepreneurs in Honduras and Panama—helping business owners without access to social media or transportation expand their reach, grow revenue, and uplift their families and communities.

Responsible Business Capstone
In this multi-week capstone experience, you'll integrate everything you've learned across the program to develop a start-up proposal or strategic business plan with measurable social impact. Covering all facets of a business—from operations and finance to marketing and ethics—this project demonstrates your ability to lead responsibly in the real world.
